At Flow & Co. Pilates we have 9 class styles to offer you, everything from High Cardio Sweat to a Stretch & Tone class.

Our Reformer Classic class prioritizes enhancing balance, alignment, core strength, and overall muscle tone. It caters to individuals of all levels, from beginners to advanced participants, with exercises that can be modified to suit individual strength and skill levels.

Reformer Classic

Our Stretch and Tone class provides a well-balanced combination of toning exercises and dedicated time for muscle stretching and lengthening. It effectively relieves muscle tightness, addresses daily stressors, and aids in injury prevention. This class, designed at a slower pace, is accessible to participants of all levels.

Reformer Sweat

Let's energize and get your blood flowing with this Reformer session! Designed to engage your entire body, it's a high-intensity cardio class that incorporates HIIT style training, Dumbbells and Jump Boards. With upbeat tunes and an exciting atmosphere, you're guaranteed to leave feeling sweaty and exhilarated. This class is suitable for participants of all levels, from beginners to advanced.

Reformer Bump

Introducing our Pregnancy Class for our expectant Flow Mamas. This class is specially crafted to target pelvic floor and core strength, while also enhancing overall strength and mobility. Staying active during pregnancy is essential for preparing your body for childbirth and aiding in postpartum recovery. It's also a fantastic opportunity to connect with other mums-to-be. Suitable for all pregnant women from 13 weeks onwards.

Introducing our Mums and Bubs class, designed for any mums eager to ease back into exercise after childbirth. It's an opportunity to celebrate and embrace your postpartum body. This class welcomes every new Mumma, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Babies can peacefully rest in their prams, lie contentedly on a mat, or receive cuddles in their Mumma's arms. (Please note: All babies on the move must remain in prams.)

Reformer Power

Transform your entire body with our Power session, featuring Power Rings, Power Beams, Dumbbells, and Booty Bands to ignite your muscles! Experience nothing but positive vibes in this class as we lead, inspire, and push you to your limits. Ideal for individuals aiming to build lean muscle mass and attain a comprehensive full-body workout.

Movement & Meditation

Enjoy a 30-35 minute session of familiar Classic Reformer Pilates movements, prioritizing a comprehensive full-body workout and spinal health. Following this, indulge in a tranquil 15-20 minutes of guided meditation and breathwork. This class caters to individuals seeking to unwind, relax after a busy day, and set intentions for the upcoming week.

60 + Years Old - Classic 

Our Reformer Classic 60+ class is a low impact, gentle workout offering numerous health and wellbeing benefits to clients of all ages, specifically focusing on the needs of individuals over the age of 60.

Classes will work the entire body aiming to counteract the natural decline in muscle mass and strength that comes with age.
 
Purposely designed to offer overall benefits such as maintaining strength, flexibility, and mobility, increasing balance, coordination, posture, and core stability, alleviating joint stiffness and soreness in addition to being an amazing natural mood booster and improving overall mental health.

Hot Sculpt

Get ready to get sweaty with this full-body workout incorporating weights and dynamic flows in our Hot Mat Sculpt class.
Our Sculpt class combines the precision of Pilates with the invigorating heat, creating the perfect environment to focus on enhancing muscle tone and power.

Flow through controlled movements that target every muscle group, building strength from within while promoting flexibility and alignment. 

Experience the transformative effects as you cultivate greater overall body and mind awareness, strength and resilience. 
Our Hot Pilates room is heated to an ambient 34- 36 degrees and is designed for all fitness levels, beginner to advanced.

Hot Flow

Step into our Hot Mat Flow class for a dynamic, flowing workout that seamlessly integrates the principles of Pilates with the invigorating heat.

This class combines controlled movements with the added challenge of heat, enhancing flexibility and promoting detoxification. 
Experience the fusion of mindfulness and movement as you flow through a series of exercises, leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and empowered.
