At Flow & Co. Pilates we have 6 class styles to offer you, everything from High Cardio Sweat to a Stretch & Tone class.
Time to get the blood pumping, this reformer session is designed to make your whole body work, this is a high intensity cardio class, incorporating HIIT and jump boards, the tunes will be loud and fun, and we can guarantee you’ll be leaving this session sweaty and happy! This is suitable for beginners to advanced.
Our Stretch and Tone class is a great balance of toning exercises as well as allowing time for the muscles to be stretched and lengthened, great for releasing muscle tightness, the daily stresses, as well as injury prevention. A slower paced class suitable for everyone.
Our reformer classic class focuses on working on balance, alignment, core strength and overall muscle tone.
This class is suitable for beginners as well as advanced, all of the exercises performed in the class have the ability to be adapted to meet your strength and skill level.
This is our mums and bubs class, tailored for those mums who have just had a baby and are looking to get that body moving again. It’s time to embrace your postpartum body, this class is suitable for every new Mumma, we will ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable while getting back into exercise post bubs.
This is our pregnancy class for our soon to be Flow Mumma’s, this class is designed to focus on your pelvic floor and core as well as improving your overall strength and mobility. Keeping active in your pregnancy is a great way to prepare your body for birth as well as post-partum recovery. Also a great way to meet other soon to be mums.
(All pregnant women need to attend this class from 13 weeks+)
