Introducing our Pregnancy Class for our expectant Flow Mamas. This class is specially crafted to target pelvic floor and core strength, while also enhancing overall strength and mobility. Staying active during pregnancy is essential for preparing your body for childbirth and aiding in postpartum recovery. It's also a fantastic opportunity to connect with other mums-to-be. Suitable for all pregnant women from 13 weeks onwards.
Introducing our Mums and Bubs class, designed for any mums eager to ease back into exercise after childbirth. It's an opportunity to celebrate and embrace your postpartum body. This class welcomes every new Mumma, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Non-mobile infants are welcome to relax in a capsule, bouncer, play mat, or in your arms. Since pram space is limited, we kindly suggest using these options for everyone’s comfort. For safety, please note that babies who are crawling or walking cannot attend class.
