60 + Years Old - Classic


Our Reformer Classic 60+ class is a gentle, low-impact workout designed for individuals aged 60 and over. This full-body class helps maintain strength, flexibility, mobility, and core stability while supporting balance, coordination, and posture. It also helps reduce joint stiffness and provides a natural boost to mood and overall wellbeing.


Hot Sculpt


Challenge your muscles and boost your heart rate in our Hot Mat Sculpt class. This full-body workout combines weighted exercises and dynamic flows inspired by Pilates to build strength, power, and endurance. The heated room (32–34°C) helps energise the body while you target every muscle group and improve alignment and body awareness. Suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced.

Hot Flow


Step into our Hot Mat Flow class, a slower-paced Pilates-inspired workout focused on spinal mobility, alignment, and mindful movement. Through controlled exercises and flowing sequences, you’ll build core strength, improve flexibility, and support better posture while enjoying a gentle muscle burn. The heated room (32–34°C) helps release tension and deepen stretches. Suitable for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced.

This full-body workout focuses on muscle development using heavier weights, controlled Pilates-inspired movements, and powerful dynamic flows. As the class progresses, you’ll have the option to increase your weights to further challenge your muscles and build strength and endurance. With upbeat tunes and an exciting atmosphere, you're guaranteed to leave feeling sweaty and exhilarated. This class is suitable for participants of all levels, from beginners to advanced.



Reformer Bump


Introducing our Pregnancy Class for our expectant Flow Mamas. This class is specially crafted to target pelvic floor and core strength, while also enhancing overall strength and mobility. Staying active during pregnancy is essential for preparing your body for childbirth and aiding in postpartum recovery. It's also a fantastic opportunity to connect with other mums-to-be. Suitable for all pregnant women from 13 weeks onwards.



Reformer Mumma


Introducing our Mums and Bubs class, designed for any mums eager to ease back into exercise after childbirth. It's an opportunity to celebrate and embrace your postpartum body. This class welcomes every new Mumma, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Non-mobile infants are welcome to relax in a capsule, bouncer, play mat, or in your arms. Since pram space is limited, we kindly suggest using these options for everyone’s comfort. For safety, please note that babies who are crawling or walking cannot attend class.
